2. Account Termination by User

Please note that due to the nature of digital products, purchases made prior to termination are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.

  • Affiliate commissions (if applicable) will only be paid if you meet the minimum threshold before the termination date
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding payments or obligations

4. Affiliate Program Termination

By joining the BuyColoringBook Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all program guidelines in the Affiliate Program Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the program at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

  • Misuse or unauthorized sharing of affiliate links
  • Fraudulent activity or suspected manipulation of clicks or purchases
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions, including Intellectual Property use
  • Use of false advertising or misleading claims about our products
  • Inactivity over a period of 90 days or more
  • Violation of applicable laws or unethical marketing behavior

If your account is terminated:

  • Any unpaid commissions below the $25 threshold will be forfeited
  • You must immediately cease using all affiliate links, promotional materials, and branding related to BuyColoringBook
  • You may not rejoin the affiliate program unless granted express written permission

4. Right to Modify or Discontinue Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of our services at any time, with or without notice, including features, content, pricing, or availability.
